1. Digital Services Only

Hart & Summit provides website design and development services. We do not sell or ship physical products.

All services and completed websites are delivered digitally.

2. Order Confirmation

After purchasing a website package and paying the required 50% deposit, customers receive an order confirmation through Shopify.

Customers must complete the project onboarding questionnaire and provide the information needed to begin their website project.

3. Project Timelines

Project timelines depend on the selected package, website complexity, availability of required materials, and client feedback.

An estimated completion timeline will be communicated after reviewing the client's project requirements.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed upon in writing.

4. Website Delivery

Completed websites are provided digitally through a preview link, website deployment, or another agreed delivery method.

Clients have the opportunity to review their website and request revisions within their purchased package's scope.

The remaining 50% balance must be paid following approval and before the final website is launched or transferred.

5. Hosting and Domains

Domain registration, hosting, maintenance, and third-party subscriptions are included only when specifically stated in the purchased package or written agreement.

Any additional ongoing costs will be communicated before final delivery.

6. Shipping Fees

No physical shipping is required, and no shipping fees apply to website design services.
